While this might not be the news you hope to hear, it's a common reality in accessing mental health services. Shane Yoga offers a unique coaching program that bridges this gap. Integrating yoga, mindfulness interventions and therapeutic practices to help guide you to explore your personal growth.

This program aims to guide individuals with a: PTSS/Depression/Burnout diagnosis between the age of: 25-35
Through yoga, you'll be guided in creating a supportive system that cultivates a calm mind and greater awareness.
Through the coaching program, you'll be empowered to understand and transform your behaviour through targeted interventions.
A traditional yoga practice beyond the poses! Incorporating the work we do on the mat with; guided instructions, mini workshops/lectures & open discussions for personal reflection. Aiming to create a small based community, designed to bloom into an active, caring and safe place to practice and discuss the practice of Ashtanga Yoga.
(MMW) My Mental Wellbeing aims to become a newly formed small community that welcomes anyone that dedicated their time and energy engaging in activities and interventions that will guide one to living an equanimous life. Combining personalized one-on-one talks with engaging group activities to guide individuals to recognize their actions & needs.
