Becoming part of a yoga community is a huge step, but we know busy schedules can get in the way. It's tough to get to a class more than once a week.

That's why we're bringing the studio to you! Building on the success of our past online challenges, Shane Yoga now offers a series of at-home challenges. This is your chance to keep practicing key poses, build your confidence, and feel strong in every class you attend.

    Yoga - mat, blocks, wheel, strap, towel and/or blanket

    *Please be advised that some challenges may necessitate the use of specific tools.

    Your well-being is the most important part of this journey. The "Daily Dose: 7 Day Yoga Challenge" is a guide for you to explore key and foundational poses, but it's crucial to listen to your body and honor its limits.

    Please keep in mind that this practice is undertaken at your own risk. Always prioritize your safety over getting into the full pose. If you have any pre-existing health conditions or concerns, please consult with a healthcare professional before participating.

    It is advised to practice on a soft surface, such as a yoga mat, and to employ supportive structures such as a wall, chair, or sofa as needed until you feel completely confident. Move slowly and mindfully, and remember that there is no rush to reach the final pose. The journey itself is the reward.
