We are proud to present the collaboration between Shane Yoga, MOTIV8MINDED and Stichting Vliegende Helpman. Together we are taking a new path to support people in their personal growth and mental resilience.
What is a Pioneer?
The definition of pioneering is: "Someone who is one of the first to enter a certain area and find his way there entirely on his own compass." This is exactly what our collaboration is about. Whether you are working on your position in society through the foundation, or on your inner world through our methods, you are a pioneer on your own path to self-discovery.
My mental well-being (MMW)
Instead of traditional yoga classes, Shane Yoga focuses on the MMW program: My Mental Wellbeing. Together with the expertise of MOTIV8MINDED, we offer interventions and workshops specifically designed for the modern pioneer.
The core of MMW: We use physical and mental techniques not only as an exercise, but as an intervention to increase your mental health and strength.
